Long before Miley started twerking and well before it became a national phenomenon, we’ve been offering our booty-popping cardio classes to the masses!  This popular drop-in class has been highlighted in blogs and online articles.  Twerkology is a a must-have experience.
Why is this class so great?  Our class description says it all: this hip hop cardio class will have you bouncin’, poppin’, twerkin’, clappin’ your booty in an intense but invigorating workout for the quads and glutes.  Doesn’t that sound amazing?!  
What should you expect if it’s your first time?  First, we’ll ask you to leave your fear and/or anxiety at the door.  Then, we will ask you to trust your instructor as she leads you in class – we know some of those moves can be awkward.  Expect a workout with focus on the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves.  This is not like dancing in the club but just as fun.  Each instructor adds her own flavor but you can expect to sweat and have a blast!
But what if you don’t know how to do it?  That’s OK – you don’t have to know the technicalities of twerking.  And for those that don’t believe us, yes, there is technique.  And for those that want more technique, try our Twerkology 101 workshop. 
But what if you don’t have a big booty?  But you *do* have one – you’re probably sitting on it right now!  There is no minimum booty size requirement.
